1Password is a password manager for individuals, families and businesses. In a company account each person gets a private vault, and teams share passwords, keys and other secrets through shared vaults whose access an admin controls. Browser extensions and apps fill in logins on desktop and mobile.
Watchtower flags passwords that are weak, reused or found in known breaches. Admins can require multi-factor sign-in, set policies, and remove a departing employee's access to every shared vault at once. Business accounts can connect to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace so staff sign in to 1Password with their work login, and user provisioning can be automated.
It is used by small teams and large companies alike. Plan how you will move existing passwords out of browsers and spreadsheets, decide which vaults each team gets, and decide what happens to an account when someone leaves.
