Security awareness training and simulated phishing platform with a large content library and tools for reported emails.
KnowBe4 runs security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns. An admin picks lessons from its library of videos, short modules and games, assigns them to groups of staff, and sends practice phishing emails that look like real scams. Staff who click are pointed to a short lesson, and reports show who clicked, who reported and how that changes over time.
The Phish Alert Button lets staff report suspicious mail from Outlook or Gmail, and the PhishER product helps IT sort those reports and pull matching messages from other inboxes. KnowBe4 has added AI features that suggest training and simulations for each person based on their results.
It is used by companies of many sizes, often run by one IT person. Before you start, agree with leadership how simulation results will be used. Training that shames people tends to reduce reporting, which is the habit you most want.
