CrowdStrike Falcon is an endpoint security platform managed from a cloud console. One agent on each Windows, Mac or Linux machine handles malware prevention, records process and network activity for EDR, and sends that data to CrowdStrike's cloud, where machine learning models and threat intelligence look for attacks.
Small businesses usually meet it through the Falcon Go and Falcon Pro bundles, which cover antivirus and device control, while larger bundles add full EDR and threat hunting. Falcon Complete is the managed option, where CrowdStrike staff watch alerts and respond on your behalf. Charlotte AI is the built-in assistant that answers questions about detections in plain language.
